First 30 pages of Speak

After reading chapter 1,  what are your first throughts  on the book.  Why do you think I chose this book for us to read in this class?  What connections can you make to what we have talked about in class so far. What connections can you make to your first few days of high school?

    I think that the first 30 pages were helariously depressing the main character has the most worst case of being a high school outcast that I have ever seen. I believe the book was chosen inform us that similiar situations can occur at high school we should be prepared to recongnize them. The only connection I can make for the first of high school is that I was late to every class.

    I think she don't know were to fit into a group or click. We are going through high school. I think it has been boning so far. I was so confused.
